Void space, bordered by site's the public space network is to be transformed by the extension of existing pathways, alongside the running of new longitudinal networks in conjuction with the Dynamic Gateway. All of this comes together to create four new, compact blocks akin to those of Java-Eiland, subject of a team case study. 

The blocks are to be in community meanwhile use as part of Phase 1, and are free to be developed or retained in-situ in later phases - depending on the result of their first incarnation. This flexibility speaks to the resilience and adaptivity of this proposal.

If developed with no frontage setbacks, the result would be a consisent building line with both the Townhouses and Listed Buildings, representing cohesive design.
